fastID is a biometric, wireless passport photo system

The new fastID consists of the fastID dye-sub printer and a 11.6" touch screen tablet running the Photomatic software. That’s all you need to take official passport photos. The sophisticated biometric software automatically turns every photo into a perfectly aligned passport photo. For any country. Just point and shoot and let the fastID software do the rest. The software will check every ID photo on all of the ICAO requirements. No more rejections! The fastID printer is a reliable and very fast photo printer that will print a set of passport photos in about 10 seconds.

fastID is a passport photo system that will work with any camera. Wireless, thethered or in any other way. fastID supports various modes of taking pictures and loading them into the system in a reliable and easy way. For wireless picture transfer you can work with a Camfi controller or Toshiba FlashAir cards. Both are supported by the system and can be ordered as accessory. Or you can use a magnetic USB cable to simply connect your camera to the fastID. The software will automatically detect the camera and show the latest pictures you took. Or you can take out the SD card from your camera and insert it into the SDcard reader. The software will automatically show the latest photos you took. How does it work?

Taking official passport photos with fastID is a simple 3-step process. Switch on your camera and take a few pictures. Depending on your camera and connection mode the pictures are sent/read directly into the fastID tablet. The software will automatically show the latest pictures you took. Click on a preview. The fastID app will auto-process the photo into a perfect passport photo. Next the software will check if the ID photo complies to all of the ICAO requirements. Photo OK? Just press Print and in less than 10 seconds you’ll have a set of official passport photos. Yes, it's that easy.

Need a passport photo for another country? Just select the country from a list and the fastID app will automatically convert the photo into a perfectly aligned passport photo for that country. fastID has over 100 templates for passport photos, photos for Visa, driving licenses and so on.

Toshiba FlashAir card

This Toshiba SD card will transfer any picture you take to your ID system wirelessly. The Photomatic software has a special mode for Toshiba FlashAir cards.

Anti-Theft frame for tablet

Anti-Theft frame will mount the tablet onto the printer. It will make sure the tablet cannot be removed (anti-theft) and it will make sure the cables and connectors are firm and fixed (preventing cables and connectors beging destroyed or damaged). This frame is only for the tablet that comes with an IDstation or fastID.
